Qualified accountant, James founded J-Benn Finance Ltd after a successful career working at major institutions, such as Aviva, Carillion, Lehman Brothers, Nomura, and JPMorgan.
James is passionate about helping individuals and businesses not just comply with financial regulations and laws but understand their numbers and support business owners to make better decisions.
James is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and the Institution of Chartered Bookkeepers (ICB). He studied Business & Management at Brunel University obtaining a Bsc (Hons) degree.

Having achieved AAT level 2 with a distinction last year, Karen has continued her studies into Level 3, which she hopes to complete shortly.
Karen has previously been undertaking all the administrative and accounting duties for her family business and was keen to expand her knowledge and skills across more entities.
Karen is a certified Xero advisor, with Payroll certification next on her list.

Client Support Manager

Louise has extensive experience supporting individuals and businesses within the banking sector. Whilst raising her family she has undertaken AAT levels 2 and 3.
Louise manages our client onboarding and supports our clients with bookkeeping, payroll and query management
